Joshua Williams became the Lead Pastor at Sycamores Community Church in 2025. He grew up in Idabel, OK. He served 12 years in the United States Marine Corps, during which he and his family lived in various parts of the United States and Japan. His wife, Gina, is a teacher and now spends her days homeschooling some of their kids. They have six kids (Lilly, Raley, Emma, Jude, Caroline, and Cooper).

Josh received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Park University and is completing his Master of Divinity at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at a community college.

Josh enjoys spending time with his family, watching soccer, playing music, reading classics, hunting, and fishing.
